The Bread Builder- The Artisan Bakery

Found at shop number 27 on Hill Street, I interviewed Nixon Mustindikwa who is a Zimbabwean artisan baker who owns the bakery. He takes me through how he ended up in Makhanda from Zimbabwe.

I chose to do this interview because I did not know that a Zimbabwean had a bakery on Hill Street and the shop is relatively new as it opened last year.
